Who said detox is boring?
Helping the liver eliminate all the toxins piled up during the holidays has a lot of positive aspects.
Don’t believe us? For starters, you’ll have the perfect excuse to drink Matcha tea or use it in your breakfasts and quick sneaks. This particular tea is not just amazingly delicious: it’s also very useful to cleanse your body and drop those ugly pounds you’ve gained during the holidays.

But no cheating! Using Matcha tea for high-calorie recipes doesn’t count!
Our very simple Matcha bowl is a great and healthy substitute for coffee, croissants, cookies and all the other sweet treats you usually eat during the day.

Green tea’s antioxidant and beneficial agents are mostly contained in the leaves. When we brew them in hot water, just a tiny part of their nutritional properties is absorbed by our organism.

The best way to really get the best out of green tea and its nutriens is to eat the whole leaf. That’s why matcha tea is so powerful: it’s made with Tencha’s crushed leaves. The traditional method consists in stone-grounding the leaves right after the harvest. In this way all of their precious nutritional properties will be well-preserved.

Antioxidants are the key detox ingredient for modern lifestyle. They prevent free radical damage caused by smog, UV rays, toxic substances and -as always- stress.

Matcha tea is also very rich in chlorophyll -the reason behind its classic light green color- and promotes detox by eliminating the toxic chemicals and metals from the body (skin included!).

Matcha tea is known for increasing energy levels, which means it’s very useful if you want to burn some extra calories. It really starts to get very interesting, right?

Its stimulating properties are due to the presence of caffeine and tannins. That’s why green tea is such a great substitute for coffee, helping our body feel energetic and less sleepy after meals.

The slimming effect of matcha has recently been discovered. Recent studies show that Matcha tea has the capability to speed up your metabolism and increase fats consumption, leading you to actually lose weight.
With a product this good we can definitely see what all the fuss is about!

Our personal favorite? Matcha tea by OMGteas! The quality of the plants and the meticulous harvesting process give us a delightfully sweet product full of antioxidant.
